Overall leadership of an asset management company licensed by the WAEMU Financial Markets Authority (AMF-UMOA). Organizational turnaround of the firm, return to profitability, and a sixfold increase in assets under management over three years. Built and executed a regional deployment strategy across Benin and Côte d’Ivoire. Developed a portfolio of structuring partnerships with insurers, banks and public institutions.
Managed diversified funds totaling XOF 100 billion. Contributed to the structuring and placement of sovereign financing operations exceeding XOF 1,000 billion across all eight WAEMU member states. Delivered the best fixed-income performance in the sub-region in 2020. First substantial public commentary, through op-eds and interviews in the regional business press.
Managed a XOF 50 billion portfolio with an average annual return of 6.5%. Founded and structured the Analysis & Research department — a team of five analysts — and developed the analytical tools used by the firm’s institutional and private investors.

Developed and managed a portfolio of institutional and high-net-worth private clients. First grounding in reading the dynamics specific to WAEMU financial markets.
